Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Eye-2-Eye (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

Eye-2-Eye is a digital wellness application designed to help users reduce phone distractions during face-to-face conversations. The App provides scheduling, monitoring, intervention, and analytics features.

User Accounts

The App can be used without an account (Free tier, on-device only). Creating an account via Auth0 is required for Premium features including cloud sync and the web dashboard. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

Subscriptions & Payments

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly at $4.99/month through Stripe or the respective app store. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled per the applicable app store policy.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use it in any way that could harm other users or our infrastructure.

Disclaimers

Eye-2-Eye is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. The App is a wellness tool and does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. The emergency override feature should not be relied upon for safety-critical situations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eye-2-Eye and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
